QualBridge LLC Terms and Conditions
QualBridge LLC offers its service to you, subject to following Terms of Service. The Terms of Service is subject to changes and modifications by QualBridge.com, as and when required, with or without notification to you. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or to our Privacy Policy, please do not access QualBridge.com or use the services. We suggest that you check periodically for changes in Terms of Service. The most current version of the Terms of Service is available at http://qualbridge.com/terms.html. QualBridge LLC offers you limited license to access QualBridge.com and use the service in accordance with the Terms of Service. The license offered to you is non-exclusive and non-transferable. QualBridge LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time and for any reason. Products and components used by QualBridge LLC are covered by its own licenses. QualBridge LLC offers beta service to test and evaluate its products and services. QualBridge LLC shall the have the complete authority and discretion to determine the period of beta service. QualBridge LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the beta service at any time with or without notice. You agree that QualBridge LLC will not be liable to you or any party for any loss or damages caused by the modification or discontinuation of the beta service. QualBridge LLC is the sole judge to determine the success of beta service and make it as a commercial service. You will be under no obligation to subscribe the commercial service as a result of your subscription to the beta service. As a user of the service offered by QualBridge LLC, you are responsible for all the activities that occur in your company/group account. You agree that you will not provide any false information to access the service. You agree that you and your company/group users will not re-sell or exploit the service by any other means. You agree that you are solely responsible for the contents added, edited and deleted in QualBridge.com by you and your company/group users. QualBridge LLC will not be responsible for the contents hosted by you and your company/group users. By posting contents, you are granting permission to any other user added within your company/group to search, access, add, edit and modify the contents posted by you and your company/group users. You agree that if you do not wish to provide this access, you will not use the service. You agree that you will notify QualBridge LLC immediately of any suspected or known security breach, including but not limited to misuse of login and password. QualBridge, QualBridge logo, QualBridge Enterprise Project Manager, QualBridge EPM, "Project Managerment Matters" are trademarks of QualBridge LLC. All contents on QualBridge.com including the design, data organization, text, images and software developed by QualBridge LLC is a property of QualBridge LLC and is protected by United States copyright laws. They cannot be reproduced by anyone without express written permission from QualBridge LLC. The software components and modules used by our services are governed by their own licenses. QUALBRIDGE INC PROVIDES THE SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. QUALBRIDGE INC DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, DEPENDABILITY, MERCHATABILITY, INTEROPERABILITY and SECURITY. QUALBRIDGE INC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, VIRUSES AND OTHER SECURITY THREATS. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the disclaimer above may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL QUALBRIDGE INC BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES CAUSED BY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS, AND DAMAGES RELATED TO LOSS OF DATA OR SALES OR GOODWILL. YOUR ONLY RIGHT WILL BE TO STOP USING THE SERVICES OF QUALBRIDGE INC. You agree to indemnify and hold QualBridge LLC and its officers, employers and licensors harmless from any demand or claim, including, but not limited to attorney's fees, made by any third party due to the content you post or make available through the service, your violation of any Terms of Service or violation of any other type. At any time, QualBridge LLC reserves the right to charge or modify fees, for accessing its Services. Such modification in fees will be communicated by email and you will be given oppurtunity to cancel your account. QualBridge LLC will not charge you any fee without your agreement. If you do not pay the agreed fees, QualBridge LLC have the right to cease providing access to all the services and delete your account after 60 days notice. You cannot add, upload any copy righted materials in your account without express written permission from the owners. You will be solely responsible for the copyrighted contents you add, uplolad in your account. QualBridge LLC will not responsible for any breaches or violation of terms on the copyrighted materials accessible in your account. You agree that QualBridge LLC may terminate your Member Account and access to the Services for reasons including, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of these Terms of Service or the QualBridge LLC Privacy Policy, unexpected issues or problems, inactivity and requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or other any reason not mentioned here. Termination of your Account will include deletion of your account, including all the data added, modified by you or your company/group users. |
